The company will deliver the order free of charge to Terminal Tres Cruces. The customer will choose the shipping company and pay the shipping cost when picking up the order at the agency.
For all orders confirmed from Monday to Friday until 4:30 p.m., delivery to the transport agency at Tres Cruces will be made on the same day the order is placed.
The customer may pick up their order at the designated store once they receive the confirmation email for merchandise pickup.
Note: Once the invoice has been issued, no changes to the delivery address specified by the customer will be allowed.
Filar S.A. aims to guarantee quality products and customer satisfaction. If a return is requested, the product must meet the following conditions:
